Ann Cooney Share E-mail Visit Guest Book COONEY, ANN, 88, of Louisville, passed away Friday, July 31, 2009.
Born in Lebanon, KY, she was retired from the old Bacons Department Store.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and a member of the Ralph Avenue Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion "Bud" Cooney.
Survivors include her daughters, Sue Black (Dwight) and Lisa Beard (Mike); sons, Doug Cooney (LaDonne) and John Cooney (Melinda); 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be noon Tuesday at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be noon-8 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to South Louisville Adult Day Center or Hospice.
