Wiser, Charles R. View/Sign Guest Book WISER, CHARLES R., 81, of Louisville passed away Sunday April 20, 2008 at his home. He was a retired school bus driver who owned his own bus and drove for the JCPS for over 38 years. After he retired he drove 10 years for Miller Transportation. He was a member of Beechland Baptist Church, and an Army veteran. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Iris Scott Wiser. Other survivors include two nieces, Dr. Deborah Scott, and Kay Vaughn; and one nephew, Richard Scott. His funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: 1-9p.m. Wednesday.
