Edwin R. Basham ShareE-mail Visit Guest Book BASHAM, EDWIN R., 81, of Louisville passed away Tuesday June 30, 2009 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
He was a native of Breckinridge Co., a retired chemical operator for the old United Catalyst and was a member of Rutledge Road Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Virginia Louise (Newton).
Survivors include his daughters Rita Cundiff (Mike) and Martha Garrison; three grandchildren, Stacy and Andrew Garrison and Allison Bray (Joe); and half sisters, Susie Durbin, Margie Nash and Jenny Shircliff.
His funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial is in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: noon-8 p.m. Thursday.
