Ralph L. Skaggs, 88, loving husband to Helena Theiler Skaggs, passed away at Norton's Hosparus Center
Friday July 4, 2014. He was born to the late Noah and Hazel Lucas Skaggs in Breckenridge County, KY on November 29, 1925.
Ralph was an electrician for Ready Electric, a member of Local 369, and a WW II Army veteran.
Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Ruby Wise.
Besides his wife of 61 years, he is survived by their children; Linda Skaggs, April Johnson (Gary), Dale Skaggs, and Kevin Skaggs (Mary Jane) along with grandchildren; Jeff, Jason, Jessica, Kristin, Brandon, Tracy, Angela, Christopher, Lisa, and Joseph, and 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hosparus of Louisville.
