Ryan Mitchell Plamp SELLERSBURG - PLAMP, RYAN MITCHELL, 16, passed away Thursday, March 4, 2010, at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville.
He was a member of the Community Montessori in New Albany, Louisville Parkour, and a volunteer at the Floyd County Animal Shelter.
Ryan is preceded in death by his grandmother, Vivian Plamp.
Surviving are father, Donnie W. Plamp, Louisville; mother, Stacie Wolfe (Patrick), Henryville; grandparents, Terry and Carol Coomer, Sellersburg, IN, Michael and Vera Johnston, Sellersburg, Barry Wolfe, Scottsburg, IN and Gerald W. Plamp, Memphis, IN; brother, Gunnar Wolfe, Henryville; stepsisters, Melanie and Whitney Embry, Mount Washington, KY; aunts, Cindy Ryan (Chris), New Albany, IN, Stacy Wentworth, New Albany and Shannon Renn (Todd), Sellersburg; beloved great-Grandparents, cousins, relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held noon Monday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from noon-8 p.m. and anytime after 9 a.m. Monday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Floyd County Animal Shelter or the Y.M.C.A in New Albany. Online condolences can be made at www.garrfuneralservices.com
