21, passed away Monday, November 9, 2015.

He was a sales associate for O'Reilly Auto Parts. During a significant time in his life, Steven was involved in a project with Pastor Tom Brown of South Jefferson Christian Church. From that experience, they developed a strong connection which strengthened Steven to grow and move forward with his spiritual life. Steven always had an open and tender heart for God.

He loved children and animals and had compassion for the less fortunate. He was a true romantic and his top priority was always his faith, his fiance, his daughter and family, which included a lifelong, deeply heartfelt connection to his cousins, Alyssa and Kaitlin Davis. He enjoyed siding for U of K growing up with his brothers being U of L fans. He was such a fun and genuine light to all who knew him.

Steven was born on April 18,1994, in Louisville, KY and is survived by his mother, Melissa Hesler; father, Gregory Hesler; fiance` Megan Davis; daughter, Sophia Hesler; brothers, Christopher, Joseph, and Jonathan; and grandparents, Carolyn and Jim Nicolas.

Steven's visitation will be from 12-8 pm Sunday, November 15, 2015 at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy. His "Celebration of Life" service will be held at 12:00 Monday, November 16, 2015, followed by entombment at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in honor of Steven, to South Jefferson Christian Church or Mothers Against Drunk Drivers.
