THORNTON, ALBERT L., 90, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2011.
He was a retired manager from Chematron Corporation and a member of Fern Creek Methodist Church.
Albert was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Agnes Pauline "Polly" Thornton; his parents; three brothers; and two sisters.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews, including his caregivers, David Hudson and Paul and Jean Hudson; and his sister-in-law, Loretta Ferguson.
His funeral service will be noon Monday, April 25, 2011 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday at Highlands
