Poole, Alena View/Sign Guest Book POOLE, ALENA, 89, formerly of Louisville, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2008 in Franklin, TN. She was born in Breckinridge County, KY. She retired from Brown & Williamson, and was a member of Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Karl E. Poole; and son, Don E. Poole. She is survived by her son, Monte Dale Poole; daughter, Jan MacKrell; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and sister, Hortense Dugan. Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Sunday.
