Aleta Collins

Collins, Aleta W. View/Sign Guest Book COLLINS, ALETA W., 81, of Louisville, passed away Monday, February 11, 2008, at the Barton House. She was a native of Edmonson County, KY, a retired sales associate for the old Bacons Department Store and a member of Chapel Park Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Darrell Collins; parents, Gypsy and Hazel Wells; and brother, Ronald Wells. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey A. Collins; daughter, Emily F. Low (Douglas); and grandchildren, Jessica and David Low. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the Barton House and staff, for four years of wonderful care. Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. Wednesday.
