Alice Campbell

CAMPBELL, ALICE LEE, 77, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2008 at Baptist Hospital East. She was a retired school bus driver with Jefferson County Public Schools. Alice was preceded in death by three loving husbands, William Moore, Ernie Nash, and Jess Campbell; and a daughter, Donna Thorton. She is survived by a son, Garry Moore; a daughter, Susan Murphy; a sister, Carolyn Puckett; her mother, Juanita Hughes; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Her funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Arch L Heady Westport Road, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday. Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice and Palliative Care of Louisville.
