JOHNSON, ALICE JEAN (HILPP), 86, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013.
She was a member of Sts. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, where she also was a Senior Club and Woman's Club member.
She was preceded in death by her son, Doug Johnson and daughter-in-law, Pam Johnson.
She is survived by her loving husband, David Johnson Sr.; sons, David Jr. and Robert Johnson; daughters, Sarah Wilding (George) of Frankfort, KY, Julie Hayden (Jeff) of Bardstown, KY and Nancy Johnson, of Charleston, SC; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; and brother, Adolph Hilpp.
Her celebration of life Mass will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at her church, 4335 Hazelwood Ave., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Friday at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Senior Club or Woman's Club at Sts. Simon & Jude Church.
