Alice G. Whitehead "Jerry" Share E-mail Visit Guest Book WHITEHEAD, ALICE G. "JERRY," 70, died Saturday, December 12, 2009.
She was a former lab technician for Celanese Coatings Co., a member of Hurstbourne Christian Church, former director of Mid-America Square Dance Jamboree, past-president of Kentuckiana Square Dance Association, and former member of Derbytown Plus and Phi Beta Psi.
She is survived by her daughters, Paula Ochsner (Charlie) and Phyllis Sosa; granddaughters, Jessica Ochsner Hardwick (Evan) and Jaclyn Ochsner; and brother, Joseph R. Johnson (Mary).
Her funeral is 11 a.m. Wednesday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to WHAS Crusade for Children or Phi Beta Psi National Project, 10005 Plum Hollow Ct., Louisville, KY 40291.
