Lewis, Allen E. View/Sign Guest Book LEWIS, ALLEN E., 88, passed away Friday, April 18, 2008 at Hosparus Inpatient. He was born in Lebanon, TN. He had retired from Armour Packing and had served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a member of Mosaic United Methodist Church, formerly Hazelwood Methodist Church. He is survived by his children, Rhonda Cottner, Kenneth Lewis, Paula Clark and Glenn Lewis; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, John Lewis; and sister, Leah Rhea Osbourne. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Sunday and after 10 a.m. Monday.
