EMBLETON, ALPHA S. (PARTIN), 97, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2011 .
She was a native of Barboursville, KY, a retired owner of Rubel Ave. Grocer Store, member of Clifton Ave. Baptist Church and OES.
Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Rhoades (Dave), Connie Alvey (Paul) and Donna Cheatham (Marvin); nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by Marvin F. Cheatham III.
Service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Heady Hardy Funeral Home with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Sunday. Visit us at www.headyhardy.com
