Alton Runyan

Runyan, Alton R. "Al" View/Sign Guest Book RUNYAN, ALTON "AL" R., 81, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2009 at his residence. He was born in Louisville, was a retired manager analyst at Naval Ordnance and an Army veteran. He was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and a former member of South Park Country Club. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Cynthia Runyan. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Frances (Redmon) Runyan; four children, Kenny Runyan, Gary Runyan (Brenda), Connie Keen (Ronnie), and Donnie Runyan (Rose); eight grandchildren, Alan, Jason, Eric, Brian, Matthew and Emily Runyan and Wesley and Brad Keen; five great-grandchildren; and brother, Richard Runyan (Jessie). Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: 1-8 p.m. Monday.
