Fehler, Mattie View/Sign Guest Book FEHLER, MATTIE, 98, of Louisville, went home to her Heavenly Father Friday, May 30, 2008. She was a retired salesperson for the old Jefferson Dry Goods 4th and Jefferson Streets, a former precinct captain for the Democratic party, and a Catholic by faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman E. "Buddy" Fehler Sr; and two granddaughters, Mary Elizabeth Cecil and Catherine Ann Fehler. Survivors include a daughter, Barbara L. Cecil (Anthony, Sr.); two sons, Herman E. Fehler Jr. (Brenda) and Robert L. Fehler (Ellen); eight grandchildren, Mary Bishop (Jerry), Vickie Senn (Jack, deceased), Cathy Travis (John), Patricia Hintz (Greg), Farah Smith (Matt), Anthony Cecil Jr., Stephen Cecil (Kim) and Robin Fehler; and 14 great-grandchildren. Her funeral Mass will be held noon Monday at St. Helen Catholic Church, 4005 Dixie Highway, followed by burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy.
