Andrew Glass Jr

Glass, Andrew A. Jr.,90, passed away Sunday, October 11. 2015 .In the 1940's Andrew was a Golden Glove Champion and was trained by Joe Martin. He had a love of singing karaoke and dancing.Andrew was a member of the old St. Basil Catholic Church and its men's choir. He was also a member of the American Legion Post #220, the V.F.W. Post #5421 and the Moose Lodge #5. He was also a World War II Marine veteran. He was a brick mason with the Bricklayers Union. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years Mary Evelyn "Duckie" Glass.He is survived by his son, Andrew J. Glass, daughters, Pam Kuerzi (Steve), Linda Houchens and Anita Andreasen (Mitch), 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.His celebration of life ceremony will be 11 a.m. Friday October 16, 2015 at Ratterman Grand Chapels, 4832 Cane Run Road with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be Thursday from 3-8 p.m.Memorial gifts may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project
