MAHONEY, ANDREW MIKHAIL, 15, of Louisville passed away March 12, 2011.
He attended Farnsley Middle School where he was on the honor roll and a member of BETA club. He played football for Farnsley Middle, Stewart Spartans and the Doss Dragons Youth League.
Survivors include his mother, Stacy Miller; father, Delton Mahoney; stepfather, Robert Miller; brother, Hunter Dennison; grandparents, William and Susan Rafferty and Daryl and Lena Tomes; great-grandmother, Mayola Mahoney; and best friend, T.J. Wisdom.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Tuesday, 10 a.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family.
