Smith, Ann Elizabeth View/Sign Guest Book SMITH, ANN ELIZABETH, 78, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2008. A native of Springfield, KY, she retired from Airguard Industries. She was a member of Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewellen R. Smith; parents, William Emanuel Mattingly and Mary Icieleen Mattingly; and daughter, Lou Ann Anderson. Survivors include her children, James F. Smith (Lisa) and Dawn Joy Smith (Terry); stepson, Dee Smith (Donna); step daughter Karen Nolan (Herbert); grandsons, Shawn and Terry; granddaughter, Savanah Smith; step grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Kemp, Hazel Marie Haarman, Effie Mae Wise, Mary "Sis" Hornback; brothers, William "Junie" Mattingly and David Kenneth Mattingly; and lots of nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. on Monday at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church (formerly Our Lady of Consolation) with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Saturday and 2-8 p.m. on Sunday at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway. Memorial gifts may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society.
