Anna Pearl Edelen

Anna Pearl Edelen, of Upton, Kentucky, passed away on July 22, 2023, at Norton Pavilion Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

Anna was a devoted wife, sister, aunt and friend to everyone she met.  She loved life and anytime you were around her a good laugh was guaranteed.  Anna had a contagious smile, along with a loving personality.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Nellie Mouldin; a brother, James "Jr." Mouldin; sisters, Louis Joubert, Imogine Dailey, Eunice Sillers and Geneva Mouldin; along with several nieces and nephews.

Anna is survived by her husband, Donald Edelen; her sister, Ann Williamson (Harold); her brothers, William "Joe" Mouldin (Evelyn Cundiff) and Isaac Mouldin; along with several nieces and nephews; with a special recognition to one of her great nieces, Shyann O'Kelly and two great great nephews, Landon Childress and Luke King.  To these children she was known as Nana and she loved them as grandchildren.  She had a special place in her heart for all of her nieces, nephews and the greats, she loved children.
