Anna Long

Long, Anna Marie View/Sign Guest Book LONG, ANNA MARIE, 89, of Louisville, passed away Saturday November 24, 2007 at the James Haggin Memorial Hospital in Harrodsburg, KY. She was the former Anna Parrott, a native of Washington County, KY, and a 50- year member of Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church, where she belonged to the Fidelis Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Henry C. Long. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Hendren; a sister, Ressie Lash; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A celebration of Mrs. Long's life will be held noon Wednesday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial gifts may be made to Heritage Hospice of the Bluegrass, or the Gideon's.
