PATRICK, ANNA THERESE, 81, passed away Monday, November 21, 2011 in her residence.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, James Simon Kendall and Billy J. Patrick; sister, Jenell Phelps Joiner; son, James Kevin Kendall; daughter, Reginia Kendall.
She is survived by daughters, Shelia Prairie, Shirley Oller, Kay Tarrence (Phil), Gale Martin (Jamie), Theresa Beach; son, Larry Persinger; sisters, Nora Ellen Phelps, Janette "Tootie" Hunter, Bertha "Mickey" Felty, Betty Grundy; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 18 nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday, November 25, 2011 at Neurath-Schoppenhorst Funeral Home 1832 W. Market St., with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday at Neurath-Schoppenhorst.
