Smith, Anna Elizabeth,82, of Culloden WV, formerly of Fairdale, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015. She was the former Anna Spellman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Smith.Survived by her daughter, Ann Cochran; granddaughter, Dawn Donofrio; grandson, Mark Donofrio; great-grandchildren, Mark Jr., Krista and Adriana Donofrio; and sister, Margaret Sims; caregiver, Judy Miller.Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Rd. with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the funeral home.
