Young, Anna Mae View/Sign Guest Book YOUNG, ANNA MAE, 91, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at the Chapel House. She was the former Anna Mae Childress. She was a member of the old Steedley Drive Church of Christ and she loved music, sewing and baking. She received the Kentucky State Fair "Blue Ribbon" awards for her pies. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Howard Young and a brother, Edward Childress. She is survived by one daughter, Yvonne Griffin (Gary); two sisters, Margaret Radcliff and Dorothy Sturgeon; four grandchildren, Jennifer Ann McQuady, Christopher McQuady, Jennifer Loren Griffin and Audrey Griffin. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at O. D. White & Sons, 2727 S. Third St. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Friday.
