Annie Ruth Chewning (Clark) Share E-mail Visit Guest Book CHEWNING, ANNIE RUTH (CLARK), 82, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2009.
She retired as a bookkeeper at Layne Elementary and was a member of New Salem Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, William Pigg and Lloyd Chewning.
She is survived by her children, Faye Martin (Kenneth), Randy Pigg and Lynn Austin; grandchildren, Lorie Lafferty, David Martin and Jennifer Roberts; six great grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
There will be a graveside service 2 p.m. Monday at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Monday after 10 a.m. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association .
