HODGE, ANTHONY, 79, passed away June 15, 2012 at his home.

He was a member of Faith Chapel Baptist Church and retired from Englehard Company as a forklift operator.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Wavely Hodge and sister, Odelene Bocock.

Survivors include his loving wife of 56 1/2 years, Lottie Hodge; son, Michael Anthony Hodge (Susie); grandchildren; Shannon Hall (Nathan) and Adam Hodge; brother, Berline Hodge; and sister, Martina Haycraft.

Funeral service will be 1p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Sunday, 1-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
