BARNES, ARCHIE LOUIS, 101, passed away November 21, 2012 at his residence.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II and worked for Seagram's for over 37 ½ years.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Rose Katrine Barnes; three brothers; and two sisters.
Survivors include his nephew, with whom he lived with for 9 ½ years, Jim Conder (Margie); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at noon Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
