Arthur Lee Smith, 81, husband to the late Carol Ann Smith, passed away at the Norton Hosparus Center on Sunday August 16, 2020. He was born to the late Leon David and Frances Effie (Romagnoli) Smith in Louisville on December 5, 1938. He is also preceded in death by brothers, Marion, Billy, and Tommy Smith.
He retired from BASF as a chemical worker and he was a Navy veteran.
He is survived by his children, Karen Rowan (Robert Rowan, Jr.) and David Smith (Melody) along with grandchildren, Robert Rowan, III, and Vanessa Rowan and a host of nieces and nephews.
