BORDERS, AUDREY JEAN, 83, of Louisville passed from this life on Tuesday February 12, 2013 at SS. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.

She was the former Audrey O'Mary, a former nurse's aid at Norton Audubon Hospital and a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Fontana.

She is survived by her husband, Albert Lee Borders, Sr.; children Albert Lee Borders, Jr. (Elayne), Donna Macdonald (Paul), Terry Borders (Terri), Patricia Pulley, Michael Borders (Lynn), Carol Comstock and Susan Puckett (Doug); brothers and sisters, George O'Mary (Pat), Joyce Richardson, Barbara Ann Ellegood, Carolyn Kinder, and Robert O'Mary; 13 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

A Mass of celebration for Mrs. Borders will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Most Blessed Sacrament, 3509 Taylor Blvd. Interment will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 2-8 p.m. Friday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd.
