She was preceded in death by her brothers, Billy, Chester and Mitchell Gentry; and sister, Paula Gentry. She is survived by her husband, John Samuel Church, Jr.; daughters, Neala Livers and Tina Walker; grandchildren, Amanda Walker, Brian David Walker, Matthew Livers, Andrew Livers and Katie Livers; and brother, Don Gentry. Her service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
