Barbara was survived by her loving husband Emmett Smith and her two daughters, Michelle Collins and Carla Arnett (Paul); two beautiful grandchildren, Makenzie and Ayden Arnett; brother, Edward Mitchell; sister ,Sharon Grider and mother, Nancy Wade.
Funeral service honoring Barbara will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Hwy. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Friday. There will be a private burial Saturday at Louisville Memorial Gardens.
Donations can be made to Hosparus of Louisville and Brown Cancer Center.
