54, of Saint Petersburg, Florida, formally of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on November 1, 2015.

Barry was born on September 29, 1961, in Hart County, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his father, William E. Vance; and step-father, Ralph Deaton; and grandparents, Ivan and Mattie Vance, Dean and Rubye Adams.

He is survived by his mother, Betsy Adams Deaton; sisters, Teresa Ballinger (Jim), and Karen Vance and friend, Rene Bynum; niece, Jamie M. Ballinger; and many loving step brothers, sisters and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015 from 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home-Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). A funeral service to honor the life of Barry will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens-West.
