Pierce, Beatrice J. View/Sign Guest Book PIERCE, BEATRICE J., 73, wife of Charles R. Pierce, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2008 in Bowling Green, KY. Born in Cub Run, KY, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Leetha Day. She was a member of Rockford View United Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Daymon and Wendall Day. Other than her husband, she is survived by her children, Darell Pierce, Shelia Jaggers and Tonja Hofmann; daughter-in-law, Leigh Pierce; sons-in-law, Reggie Jaggers and Troy Hofmann; grandchildren, Isabella and Ava Hofmann; brothers, William and Jimmy Day; and a sister, Emma Louise Walters. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Rockford View United Baptist Church, 2511 Wilkerson Avenue, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Saturday, 11 am-7 p.m. Sunday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway and from 10 a.m. Monday until the time of service at her church.
