ULRICH, BERTHA LEE McINTYRE, 95, of Louisville passed away Saturday September 15, 2012 at The Oaklawn with her family by her side.
She was a longtime member of Walnut Street Baptist Church, a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Although through her long and active life she experienced many wonderful things, for her the best is yet to come! She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Walter Ulrich; son, Thomas Walter Ulrich Jr.; three brothers and one sister.
She is survived by her children, Stephen Michael Ulrich (Jan), Nicholas Alanson Ulrich (Debbie), Joseph Frederick Ulrich, Joanne Funk Kitchen (Rick) and Pamela Ulrich Foree (Rick); 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Pearson Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home 12900 Shelbyville Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Toby's Dream Foundation One Columbus Center 283 Constitution Dr. Suite 900, Virginia Beach, VA, 23462, in lieu of flowers.
