Betty Hollis

Betty Ann Hollis (Pierce), 78, of Louisville, passed away at Norton's Hosparus Unit Wednesday March 30, 2016. Betty was a native of Bowling Green, KY where she was born to the late Arthur and Mary Glee Pierce. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Hollis along with 3 sisters and 4 brothers.
Betty retired from Methodist Hospital in 2005. She shared a love for her family, working in her flowers, going to flea markets and the State Fair and she loved reading.
She is survived by daughter Rena Hollis Pemble of Rye, New York, son Malcolm Hollis (Alisa)of Louisville, grandchildren, Kayla, Jordan, Destinei, Dalton, Macie,, Saylor, Gracie, and great-grandchild, Bentley, sister Katherine Runner (Randall) of Louisville, niece and caregiver Barbara Douglas of Bowling Green, several nieces and nephews and her best friend Ida Foley.
