Warren, Betty J. View/Sign Guest Book Donate Now WARREN, BETTY J., 78, of Okolona, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2008 at the Franciscan Healthcare Center. She was the former Betty J. Winstead and a devoted homemaker. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, Colburn Warren. She is survived by her daughters, Sue Holbert, Linda Mattingly (Bob), Ronda Rice (Gary) and Brenda Musinski; sisters, Juanita Rowe and Jane Morris; brothers, George and Wilson Winstead; grandchildren, Eric Pate, Mark Mattingly, Stephen Mattingly, David Rice, Jessica Musinski and Jordan Musinski; great grandchildren, Kristen Pate, Willie Pate, Paxton Pate, Preston Pate and Matthew Mattingly. Her funeral service will be noon Saturday at Arch L. Heady & Son, Okolona, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Friday. Expressions of sympathy can be made to the American Heart Association or the Parkinson's Foundation.
