Curd, Billy Fitzhugh CURD, BILLY FITZHUGH, 83, died at home in Louisville Friday, June 8, 2007. He was a US Air Force veteran of World War II and employed with the US Postal Service for 20 years. He was Past Grand Exalted Ruler of BPOE Lodge 8. Survivors include his wife, Amelia Walvin Curd; children, Nicholas Curd (Beverly), Patricia Curd Griley, Stephen Curd (Beverly) and Virginia Curd Tucker (Randolph); seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He was a wonderful and beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was respected and loved by all that knew him and will always be remembered. Services will be private. Heady-Hardy Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your charity of choice.
