Blanche Marie Downs, 98 died peacefully at home on Wednesday February 25, 2015.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Downs as well as five sisters.
She was a member of Ninth & O Baptist Church.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Marcella Downing (Billy), granddaughters, Gail Dennison (Mike), Kim Robinson (Jeff), and great-grandchildren, Wesley Napper (Cindy), Chelsey and Davis Robinson, and Leslie Fladung. She will also be missed by four great-great grandchildren along with brother-in-law, Glenn Downs and sister-in-law, Shirley Bertelcamp. She was the favorite Aunt to several nieces and nephews.
Blanche was a fun loving, giving person who will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Ninth & O Baptist Church, 4401 Breckenridge Lane, Louisville, KY 40218
