Former owner of multiple service stations in Louisville, KY and a World War II Navy veteran. A member of Suburban Masonic Lodge # 740 F&AM, 32nd Degree Shriner, past president of Kentucky Gasoline Dealers Association and Beaver Dam United Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary E. Houchin Madison and parents, Ezra and Elnora Wilson Madison. He is survived by his son, Terry Madison of Louisville; daughter, Vicki Madison of Louisville; two granddaughters, Stephanie Renee Madison and Elizabeth Nicole Madison; sister, Ellen Slaughter of Louisville; and brother, Rev.
