Samples, Brian E. View/Sign Guest Book SAMPLES, BRIAN E., 46, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, September 7, 2008. He was an employee of ADP, a member of Highview Baptist Church and an avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his father, Selbert Samples. He is survived by his wife, Debbie; sons and favorite "fishing buddies," Tyler and Zach; mother, Martha; brothers, Gary (Laureen) and Chris (Debbie); sister, Sharon Cannon (Bruce); parents-in-law, John and Jean Piercey; sister-in-law, Sandy Vincent (Jeff); and brothers-in-law, John (Jessica) and Stephen (Amanda) Piercey. His funeral is 10 a.m. Wednesday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday.
