Bruce McKinley Bennett BENNETT, BRUCE MCKINLEY, 90, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Ponder Creek Estates.
Bruce was a member of Rockford Lane Baptist Church and a Navy veteran of World War II. He was an assembler for American Air Filter.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Josephine Bennett. Bruce was a loving Dad and Papaw.
Survivors include sons, Allen (Diana), Rodney (Brenda) and Gary (Pam) Bennett; grandchildren, Sharon (Paul), Chris, Michelle, Chad and Bradley; great-grandchildren, Shaun (Kelli), Crystal, Sierra and Kenzie; and sister-in-law, Mary "Sissy" Hasty.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Sunday, noon-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
