FUGATE, CALLISTUS "CLISSY" (PENDLEY), 76, of Louisville passed away Saturday, April 7, 2012 at her home.

She was a native of Muhlenberg County, KY. a cashier/bookkeeper for Rusty's Food Mart and a member of South Jefferson Christian Church.

Preceded in death by her husband, Herman Fugate.

Survivors include her two daughters, Sharon Scott (Gary) and Debbie Fugate; three grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica and Jonathon Scott; five sisters, Jenny Reid , Eva Nell Goodrich, Fredia Pendley, Shirley Randolph and Dianna Carroll; brother, Jerry Pendley Funeral services will be held noon Wednesday at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial in the Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday.
