Perkins Jr., Carl H. "Junior" View/Sign Guest Book PERKINS, CARL H. "JUNIOR," JR., 86, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, August 21, 2008 at his home. He was a retired supervisor for American Synthetic Rubber Company and a member of Gospel Kingdom Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Perkins. Survivors include three sons, William C. Perkins (Ruth), Timothy Perkins (Paula), and Douglas Perkins (Karen); a brother, Charles Perkins; sisters, Nellie McDermott, Marie Felder and Trudy Farris; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. His funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Gospel Kingdom Church, 4742 Cane Run Road, followed by burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. Sunday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, and after 11 a.m. Monday at the church.
