TERRY, CARL CLINTON, SR., 91, went into the hands of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, April 5, 2011.
He retired from the old K & I Railroad, was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Ralph Avenue Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Garnett Terry; and sons, Carl Terry Jr. and Michael Terry.
Survivors include his daughters, Verna Miles (Bobby), Carolyn Steffan (Bill); seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and his brother, Edwin Terry.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Thursday. Condolences to owenfuneralhome.com.
