CHANDLER, CARLTON "FRANK," 77, of Louisville, passed away March 27, 2014. He was a retired foreman for the Colgate Palmolive Company, a member of South East Christian Church, and an Army Veteran. He was a loving father, a proud Papa, and an avid University of North Carolina Tar Heels fan. He is survived by his wife, May Lee Chandler; daughters, Robin Oates, Sharon Rosenberger (Martin), and Melissa Carpenter (John); Brothers, Jim Chandler (Carolyn) and Milton Chandler; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. His funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday at the Heady-Hardy funeral home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with interment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
