Caroline Donaway

Caroline J. Donaway, 68, loving wife to Robert R. Donaway, Sr., passed away on Saturday February 13, 2021 in Hillview, Illinois.  She was born to the late Elmer L. and Etta F. (Webb) Housmann in Bethalto, IL on October 31, 1952.  She is also preceded in death by her brother, Danny L. Housmann, Sr.

Caroline retired as a CNA for Rockford Manor Nursing Home.

Besides her husband of 44 years she is survived by her children, Duglas Housmann (Rhonda), Cutina Dunaway (William), Robert R. Donaway, Jr. (Krystal) along with grandchildren, Duglas and Kandyce Housmann, Johnathan and Jacob Dunaway, Bryson, Arabella and Cain Donaway, Bradly Mayfield, Isiaha and Isabella Mudd.  She is also survived by her sister, Connie Bugg (Brian) and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 6:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway.   Visitation will be Friday from 11:00 am until time of service.

Due to COVID restrictions, masks are to be worn at all times and social distancing is expected.
