Exley, Carolyn Sue,
59, of Louisville, was born February 13, 1955 to the late Edgar Curtis and Lois Marie Harp Puckett and returned to her Heavenly Father July 20, 2014.
Mrs. Exley was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church and a certified nurse assistant.
Among those who preceded her in death include her sister, Patricia Philpott; brothers, Gary Puckett, Turner Puckett and Danny McCubbins and her parents.
She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband, Louis Exley; daughters, Rhonda Shuffitt, Carolyn Renee Watts and Regina Bohn (Christopher); step daughter, Sondra Exley; sisters, Lola Bagshaw and Tonya Cockeril; brothers, Curtis, Anthony, Douglas and Roy Puckett; grandchildren, Christopher, Erika, Justin, Tiffany, Jamie, Rachael and Timothy; great- grandchildren, McKensi and Brooklyn; a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held 12 p.m. Thursday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks (Preston Highway at Brooks Road and use John Harper entrance) with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Friends may pay their respects from 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Wednesday at Schoppenhorst.
