Cecil Golden

GOLDEN, CECIL P., 94, of Russell Springs, formerly of Louisville, died Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at the Homestead Nursing Home in New Castle, KY. He was a retired employee of American Air Filter, a dual member of Suburban Masonic Lodge #740 and Russell Springs Masonic Lodge #941, and a member of the Fairview Baptist Church, Russell Springs. He was preceded in death by a brother, William Golden. He is survived by his wife of 75 years, Etta Ree Fritz Golden; two children, Sara Crowe (Bobie), Campbellsburg, KY , and Robert H. Golden Sr. (Carol), Louisville; 15 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. CST Saturday at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, Russell Springs, KY, with burial in the Louisville Memorial Gardens East 11 a.m. EST Monday.
