Charles Wesley Ballinger, 80, passed away at Hardin Memorial Hospital on Saturday March 8, 2014. He was born on December 6, 1933 to the late John W. and Clara I. Corfield Ballinger in Hardin County, KY.
He is also preceded in death by a brother, William "Billy" Ballinger and a sister Hazel Shepherd.
After 20 years, Charles retired as a Master Sgt. in the U. S. Air Force.
He is survived by his sister, Laverne Ausmus (Harold), nephew, Donald Ausmus (Kathy), and a niece Robyn Ballinger along with a brother-in-law Roscoe Shepherd and a sister-in-law Janet Ballinger along with many great nieces and nephews.
