BAMBARGER, CHARLES THOMAS, 96, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2012 at Essex Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Bambarger was a United States Army-Air Force veteran and served in World War II.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Bambarger; daughters, Abby Ploetner and Ina Walton; grandson, Tim Bambarger; son-in-law, Doug Byers.

Survivors include his son, Frank Bambarger (Mary Leigh); daughters, Alta Reece (Ben), Margie Byers, Terri Sloat (Mike), and Sharon Kamer (Bobby); 17 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 18 great-great-grandchildren.

His funeral service will be 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Burial Louisville Memorial Garden West. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and after 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
